Hmm well, it's okay. There are no clouds on the arms of an akatsuki cloack. His face is a bit weird. But for a first it's not so bad. I can tell though, that people will start saying that it should face the front like it does, but that doesn't really matter. Anyways if ya wanna check out my tut:

Just fix up a few things
-His outline is abit messy. Try making it smooth so i flows on. I mean not having random pixels poppoing out
-The outline for his face could use alot of fixing. Also add face defination to define that well, its his face.
Porportions. If your going for snd5 then your proportions are wrong. Make his head bigger and his body wider.
Overall its quite good for a first try. Is it 100% custom?
