ok so:
Ulquiorra has too big hands and is made that he looks like he is standing his side to us, so his left wing should be shorter, then right.
Deidara looks cool, but his hand is a bit weird xD, baybe try to make a fist it's easier to make
Sasuke has a bit too long hand, and tobi's shading looks a bit weird to me, anyway i like ur works, cuz overall is good *thumb up xD

not when he's launching his flame punching attack
